Joshua here. I’ve been baking bread for a long time, and when Montez wanted to start making sourdough, we came put up with a plan. She would start and maintain our starter, and I would make the bread. We offer fresh baked Sourdough Bread for sale in the Gadsden, Alabama area. Our hens are allowed to free range and wander the property eating bugs, grass, dandelions, clovers and whatever else they can find (and of course they are fed feed designed for laying hens every day.) They are happy and spoiled, and in return they provide us with beautiful fresh eggs every day. 

Wayyyy more than we eat in our house, so that led us to start a business that includes selling.
